Penelope Cruz seems to be working some beauty magic this week. Her now-you-see-them, now-you-don’t bangs have been reappearing and disappearing all week. In a recent chat with the Lancome ambassador, Penelope let slip that she was thinking about getting bangs again soon.
As we flipped through photos of her on Oscar night 2009 (when she had slightly parted bangs) and in her film Broken Embraces (when her character had short fringe), the Spanish star told us, “I like bangs. I’ve cut them so many times. When they grow out, I get bored and then I cut them again.”
Looks like the star is still flirting with the idea; instead of making the big chop, she’s been wearing clip-on fringe (like Hairdo Clip-In Bangs, $29, qvc.com), which allows her to add cute bangs for one event (like at her Pirates premiere in Los Angeles), then go bang-free at the next (for her premiere in the UK).
